Otters Nursery School

Monday 13th October 2014 saw the official opening of Otters Nursery School in Cliddesden.

The esteemed early years author Marion Dowling officially opened the nursery by presenting a signed copy of her latest book to the staff and children at the Nursery.

Having walked around the nursery and chatted to staff and children she siad that she had been excited to see such committed staff working in such a fantastic setting.

Also in attendance was Cllr Anna Mcnair Scott, Kenneth Davies, the headteacher at Cliddesden Primary school, and a number of staff from Children’s services and other organisations involved in childcare.

Jenny Malins, the manager at Otters said  “It is great to have received such positive feedback, we have had significant interest in the Nursery with 10 children already registered and 20 others in stages from shoe rounds, registration and settling in”
